Unfortunately Yahoo! and Outlook have special deals with Facebook that allows them to be one of the very few companies that can import email addresses from Facebook friends, but they are not allowed to export those addresses outside of their system. If Facebook ever changes this policy, we will investigate adding this functionality to our roadmap.
